Absolutely. We use the Zoom platform, which is HIPAA-compliant and ensures your privacy. No protected health information is required to access your sessions, keeping your data safe and confidential.
2. How long are Telehealth sessions?
Both initial and follow-up appointments are 30 minutes to 1 hour, providing ample time to evaluate and address your needs effectively.
3. Does insurance cover Telehealth Physical Therapy?
Our services are cash-based, but many private insurance plans reimburse Telehealth sessions. We recommend confirming with your provider for specific details. For Medicare patients, recent law changes now allow coverage for Telehealth services delivered by Physical Therapists. Payments are made out of pocket, and we handle Medicare billing on your behalf.
4. What setup or equipment will I need?
To make the most of your Telehealth session:
